Juvenile polyps in the sigmoid colon are a rarely reported cause of intussusception in preschool-aged children. We reported a rare case of colocolic intussusception in a 62-month-old Vietnamese boy. Colonoscopy following intussusception reduction revealed a giant juvenile polyp in the sigmoid colon. Laparoscopic polypectomy was successfully carried out with no complications or recurrence until eight months of follow-up. Colonoscopy after intussusception reduction is a useful approach for diagnosing and treating recurrent colocolic intussusception with a lead point in children.
